Licensed to Provide Behavior Specialist in Minnesota
Behavior Wizards is licensed to provide behavior specialist throughout the state of Minnesota for children and adults with a developmental disability or related condition. Clients are referred for services by their county case worker. Individuals referred are typically at risk of losing their current placement due to behavioral problems.
Behavior Specialist will provide:
- Assessment to determine the precipitating factors
- Development of a provider intervention plan
- Consultation and staff training to the provider(s) and/or care giver(s)
- Development and implementation of transition plan
- Ongoing behavior specialist to the care giver(s) or provider(s)
- Provide recommendations for revisions to the 24-hour care plan
